Chapung Sebali Resort, Ubud (Bali)

My stay at Chapung Sebali was like stepping into paradise, with amazing staff and a picturesque location. The villa was lovely, albeit with a limited view, and the dining options were somewhat repetitive over the week. Despite some smoking in dining areas being an issue and weak Wi-Fi in the room, the overall experience was remarkable. Joe, in particular, was a standout, providing exceptional service. I would definitely consider a return, especially for a shorter stay.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the environment and rooms were stunning and beautifully decorated, the service left much to be desired during my second stay. The first visit was great, but the lack of attentiveness and communication issues dampened my overall impression, especially during dining. Despite the luxurious setting, the service inconsistency made me think twice about a return.

Chapung Sebali is an incredible retreat nestled in nature, providing a tranquil escape from the touristy areas of Ubud. The rooms are spacious and offer stunning views, making for a luxurious stay. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and made us feel valued throughout our visit. However, the water temperature in the pools could use some improvement as it felt a bit cold at times. Overall, the experience was worth every penny, giving us great value for a memorable getaway.

The dining options were varied and delicious, especially the dishes at the restaurant, but I felt some more variety could be beneficial. Overall, it's a remarkable place to unwind in Bali.
